∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery), Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales officer will be responsible for selling of Easy bike, IPS, Car batteries to the dealers & retailers.
∎ Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing sales.
∎ Assist in the implementation of company's marketing plans as needed.
∎ Collect & update market information on regular basis.
∎ Maintain accurate record of all sales & prospecting activities including sales call, closed sales.
∎ Maintain accurate record of all receivable collection.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the superiors.
∎ Ensure clear communication between company & dealers/retailers.
∎ Monitoring Competitors' sales activity within as assigned territory

Additional Requirements:
∎ Achieves assigned sales quota as per Annual Business Plan.
∎ Thinking skills and management skills.
∎ Applicants should have valid Motorcycle Driving License.
∎ Demonstrate personal integrity, confidence, adherence to organization culture, motivational skills, team spirit and relationship building.
∎ Display knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications on Sales and Marketing strategies with effective tactics.
∎ Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Product knowledge, Language knowledge.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to work hard and in stressful situation.
∎ Energetic, Confident and proactive.
∎ Computer literacy in MS office applications

Salary: Negotiable
