∎ Good leadership, execution, and teamwork skills with challenges encountering ability.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of mathematical analysis and Microsoft Excel functions.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Line Manager to organize, formulate and plan project wise production, analyze and review project progress to meet contract deadline in modern Geotextile Industry.
∎ Determine project costing & comparing budgeted cost & actual incurred cost.
∎ Lead PSI at factory conducted by BWDB, BREB, PDB and other government organization’s engineers. Demonstrate different testing before external inspection team and achieve customer satisfactions.
∎ Determine project wise short term and long-term raw materials requirement.
∎ Project monthly production planning, delivery planning and martial utilization planning & as well control by regular monitoring and tracking.
∎ Generate daily, monthly and early production reports, analyze gap between production plan and actual production achieved. Plan improvement, recommend on the basis of effective capacity utilization keeping inventory and WIP at agreed level.
∎ Identify capacity constraints and suggest measures for improvements.
∎ Generate departmental MIS and operate ERP as per requirements.
