• Age 25 to 40 years

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• Must be target-oriented and proactive

• Ability to ride a motorcycle (with a valid license) is preferred

• Execute sales and distribution strategies in the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility and availability.

• Ensure timely collection of orders and coordination of deliveries.

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to the Sales Manager.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Assist in promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.
