- Strong understanding of channel sales and distributor handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory

Job Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and expand the distributor network within the assigned territory
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for lithium-ion battery products
Appoint new distributors and ensure proper onboarding and training
Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and market coverage
Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers
Execute market activation, promotional campaigns, and product launches
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer demand
Coordinate with sales, technical, and supply chain teams for smooth operations
Ensure timely payment collection and credit control from distributors

Salary:-
12000-25000 base on experience .
