Care Nutrition Ltd. is the Bangladesh subsidiary of Frontier Nutrition, Inc., a U.S. company based in New Haven, Connecticut. We are looking for Territory Officer(s) (TO) who will reach our selling points with the products of our brand “Nutri+”. The TOs will work closely with Sales Officers and will report to Area Sales Manager(s). Keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • As a “Territory Officer” he must have willingness to post and travel ANYWHERE IN BANGLADESH.
  • Must have the sound knowledge and skills to handle distribution channels like retail, wholesale, counter store, tea bunks, tobacco plus, super shops and others where consumer food products available.
  • He has to achieve or exceed both qualitative and quantitative goals for his assigned territories.
  • Willingness to explore new business opportunity and platform to exceed the assigned qualitative and quantitative goals for his/her territory.
  • Lead, train & care one or more team of SO (Sales Officer) for unleashing and utilizing their potentiality to achieve monthly sales volume.
  • Create a healthy competitive winning environment among the sales officer in the distribution area thus they can achieve their individual goal for each month.
  • Must have been courageous enough to take challenges and solve problem instantly by his/her own decision in absence of reporting manager.
  • Create and maintain a professional win win relationship with distributor and major stockiest or wholesale.
  • Ability to accept and learn from the errors and develop his/her development area by the help of his/her supervisor.
  • Have a valid driving license and willingness to drive motorbike extensively.
  • Must be self-motivated and have to work under tremendous pressure.
