Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute action plan for sales growth to achieve long term business objective;
∎ Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target achievement of the assigned territory;
∎ Analyze and adapt with new marketing polices & procedure;
∎ Introduce & increase new customer (dealer, distributor and retailer as per operational plan) and retain them along with strong relationship building for capturing market share;
∎ Coordinate on-time delivery of products;
∎ Participate in engagement program with customers (dealer, distributor and retailer) to improve brand image of the company;
∎ Resolve customer complaints through building long term relationship to increase customer satisfaction and retention for increasing repeat sales order;
∎ Collect customers data proactively as per requirement of team leader ;
∎ Organizing regular field visits to demonstrate, establish new business & product to the prospective clients;
∎ Ensure on time report submission as per requirement;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ The candidate should have good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel;
∎ Positive, energetic & people centric attitude;
∎ Must have strong communication & convincing ability;
∎ Have good geographic knowledge;
∎ Strong team building capacity;
∎ Strong mental & physical ability to work under pressure;
