Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
∎ For experienced & competent candidates education & age may be relaxed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare territory sales budget and achieve sales target (customer and product wise)
∎ Initiate the proposal of credit customer and collect all relevant information required under the credit policy of Flora
∎ Identify overdue customer and seek help of Regional Sales Manager as soon as possible to strengthen collection efforts
∎ Encourage building of strong network in the segment of stockiest and retailers' level
∎ Collect information on competitor's product and activities and report to Regional Sales Manager
∎ Evaluate the key performance of team members (Market Development Officer) on monthly basis
∎ Provide on the job training to field force and monitor their performance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good understanding on agricultural sales profession.
∎ Ability to ride motorcycle.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively .

Salary: Negotiable
