Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline (no 3rd division/class is allowed).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve targets in terms of market acquisition (Customers/Agents/Distributors/ deposit/transaction).
∎ Monitor and control daily business activities conducted through MYCash distribution droned.
∎ Conduct channel partner acquisition and fund management activities within the assigned area.
∎ Conduct promotional and door to door (D2D) campaign for new customer acquisition.
∎ Generate new business relationship and ensure timely services to the client.+
∎ Drive business growth initiatives by maintaining effective ecosystem.
∎ Define daily route plan for TO and supervise the trade marketing and cash management activities.
∎ Ensure proper Point of Sale Materials (PoSM) effizution and management at agent points.
∎ Maintain proper business relationship with agents/distributors/corporate clients.
∎ Conduct training for agents/distributors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Ready to work in the field level anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Age not exceeding 35 years as on September 30, 2019.
∎ Minimum 03 (three) years experience in relevant field.
∎ Experience with Telecom, FMCG, ME, Pharmaceuticals and any Mobile Banking Distribution will be given priority.

Salary:
∎ The selected candidates will be paid remuneration on monthly performance basis BDT 25,500
