Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary duties & responsibilities incumbent include but are not limited to the following:
∎ Work closely with Dept. Head in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies; in the assigned area.
∎ Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas.
∎ Monitor activities and motivate SR/SO-CM to ensure increase productivity.
∎ Demand forecast and ensure Stock inventory of Distributors' warehouses, on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure close monitoring of distributors of business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
∎ Ensure documentation of work of all phases, in compliance with company policy & procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good experience in selling Consumer goods, e.g., Condensed Milk, Atta-Maida-Suji, Water, Edible Oil, Salt, Powder Milk & Tea.
∎ Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and/or requirements.
∎ Good leadership and inter-personal skills.
∎ Result oriented, able to work under pressure and achieve set target and thereby;corporate goals.
∎ Must be good in computer operation.
