∎ Sales & Marketing experience in the area of poultry feed.
∎ Smart idea on sales & marketing skill.
∎ And other technical service.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee poultry feed sales performance and maintain up-to-date dealer insights.
∎ Prepare and submit daily sales reports and forecasts to the designated supervisor or sales coordinator.
∎ Enhance dealer profiles and support strategic dealer development.
∎ Identify potential market gaps and promptly communicate them to the supervisor.
∎ Map and engage with farmers and dealers, ensuring comprehensive after-sales support for both.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, addressing feedback related to feed products and services.
∎ Provide detailed feedback to the supervisor regarding current and future market conditions.
∎ Submit monthly performance reports on feed sales to the Head Office. Lead marketing initiatives such as SGM events, seminars with farmers, retailer meetings, and multimedia projector-based promotional activities.
∎ Record and report on farm trials, ensuring timely submission to the supervisor for poultry-related evaluations.
∎ Coordinate with logistics and depot teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of products.
