Responsibilities & Context:
E-Zone HRM is looking for energetic and motivated fresh graduates to join one of the leading Mobile Financial Services (MFS) providers in the country under an outsourced arrangement.

Job Nature: Field Job
Job Responsibilities:
Guide and train the agency field force for merchant acquisition.
Evaluate and manage the performance of the team and agency regularly.
Create and implement strategies for lead collection, merchant pitching, and category-specific approaches.
Ensure smooth onboarding and effective training of new merchants on payment solutions.
Enhance service visibility through effective deployment of Merchant Acquisition and Management Officers
Conduct visits, presentations, proposals, negotiations and provide after-sales support.
Develop plans for regular merchant visits to maximize engagement.
Offer enhanced services to high-value merchants to boost transactions.
Conduct interviews to gather feedback and recommend solution improvements.
