• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base within assigned territories.

• Identify and target potential customers, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities

• .Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meet sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and prepare sales reports.

• Train and motivate sales team members in effective selling techniques and product knowledge.

• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and customer preferences.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Provide timely feedback to management on sales performance and market trends for strategic decision-making.
