Role & Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming and make outgoing calls to potential customers.
Understand customer needs, provide course information, and close sales.
Track leads, manage sales pipeline, and follow up to maximize opportunities.
Gather feedback and suggest improvements for products and services.
Briefing the benefits of the respective course to the customers.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
Contribute ideas to promote courses, drive organic growth, and increase sales.
