Responsibilities & Context:
Contacting new and existing customers via phone
Clearly explain product features and respond to inquiries professionally.
Maintain and update customer database and call logs.
Follow up with leads and ensure consistent communication.
Support the sales team with customer insights and market data.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets set by supervisors.
Preparing daily work reports and sharing them with the supervisor.
