Job Context:
∎ Stardust Telecom Ltd. is looking for Telesales Executive for Sales & Marketing department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification.
∎ Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential customers.
∎ Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of products/services.
∎ Making outbound calls and using communication techniques in order to improve sales and leads.
∎ Understanding the client's requirements and then customizing the product/services as per their needs.
∎ Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients.
∎ Work towards sales targets and achieving monthly sales target.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to implement a target-oriented sales plan.
∎ Committed to customer-oriented thinking.
∎ Must be smart having excellent analytical & presentation abilities.
∎ Proven experience as telesales or other sales/customer service role.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
