Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele sales Executive with expertise in skincare product sales to join our dynamic team and drive our sales efforts forward.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating expertise in selling skincare products.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct virtual meetings with clients to build strong relationships, provide skincare advice, and drive sales.
  • Call Handling: Proactively make and take calls to engage with potential and existing customers, providing tailored skincare solutions.
  • Product Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate skincare products, highlighting their benefits and suitability to customer needs.
  • Order Processing: Professionally process orders in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
  • Customer Inquiries: Address and resolve customer questions regarding skincare products and services with knowledge and empathy.
  • Team Coordination: Report to and coordinate with the team leader to align sales activities with company objectives.
  • Performance Review: Regularly review and assess sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance results.
