We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele sales Executive with expertise in skincare product sales to join our dynamic team and drive our sales efforts forward.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating expertise in selling skincare products.
- Client Meetings: Conduct virtual meetings with clients to build strong relationships, provide skincare advice, and drive sales.
- Call Handling: Proactively make and take calls to engage with potential and existing customers, providing tailored skincare solutions.
- Product Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate skincare products, highlighting their benefits and suitability to customer needs.
- Order Processing: Professionally process orders in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
- Customer Inquiries: Address and resolve customer questions regarding skincare products and services with knowledge and empathy.
- Team Coordination: Report to and coordinate with the team leader to align sales activities with company objectives.
- Performance Review: Regularly review and assess sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance results.
