Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Kids Time a brand of Light of Hope Ltd. is looking for Telesales Executive. As a Telesales Executive, your core responsibility is making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals. Achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and adapting to evolving sales strategies are key aspects of the role. Effective communication and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this position.

Working Hour:

  • 10.00 AM to 07.00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and explain the benefits of courses to encourage enrolment.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively closing deals through persuasive communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Leverage prior experience in customer service or Telesales to handle objections and build rapport with customers.
