Responsibilities & Context: Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, pitching online our products/services, addressing customer inquiries, negotiating prices, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Conversion:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales by addressing inquiries and objections.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets within the specified timeline.
- Focus on driving revenue growth through effective telesales strategies.
Customer Interaction:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle follow-up calls to nurture leads and finalize sales.
Negotiate and Close Deals:
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers to secure agreements.
- Ensure timely deal closures while meeting customer expectations.
Sales Process Management:
- Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales activities in CRM software.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports to the management team.
- Handle negotiations and ensure timely payments.
Instant Problem Solving:
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues promptly.
Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
