Responsibilities & Context:
- Contacting new and existing customers via phone.
- Providing product and service information to engage potential customers.
- Closing sales and maintaining sales-related records.
- Answering customer queries and resolving any issues they may have.
- Preparing daily work reports and sharing them with the supervisor.
