Job Context:
∎ We are the Limited Company and looking for an Experienced Telemarketing Manager who must be Fluent in English for USA/ CANADA Based campaigns and responsible for managing the Telemarketing team. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
∎ Workplace Mirpur - 6, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing sales strategies.
∎ Managing the Tele sales/Telemarketing executives team.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the Team.
∎ Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
∎ Maintaining customer relationships.
∎ Handling escalated customer complaints.
∎ Compiling and presenting sales reports.
∎ Ensure closing sales deals to sell our product & services through outbound calls to USA /CANADA.
∎ Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Answering customers' critical questions on the products.
∎ You need to ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment with a standard price of product and services.
∎ Pre-call planning and research to perform opportunity identification and need analysis at all prospect levels.
∎ Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
∎ Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
∎ Train the executives time to time.
∎ Report to Management.
∎ Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
∎ This is a night shift job and candidates need to work from the office. Office hours (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
