Job Context:
∎ We are the limited company and looking for an experienced telemarketing executive who must be fluent in English for USA/CANADA based campaigns and responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales/telemarketing executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
∎ Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
∎ Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
∎ You need to make outbound calls to USA/CANADA to sell our product & services.
∎ Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Answering customers' questions on the products.
∎ You need to ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment.
∎ Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
∎ Receiving calls & customers' enquiries and selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Meeting sales quotas.
∎ Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
∎ Maintain Proper reporting using MS office.
∎ Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
∎ Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
∎ Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
∎ Report to Manager/ Sr. Manager.
∎ Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
∎ This is a night shift job and candidates need to work from the office. Office hours (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

∎ Age 18 to 30 years
