Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is required.
∎ Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
∎ Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA/Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
∎ Asking questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
∎ Use scripts to provide information about the product/ service’s features; etc. and present their benefits.
∎ Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
∎ Experience working in International Call Center will get priority.
∎ Freshers & under graduated are highly recommended for this Job if they are fluent in English.
∎ Experienced applicants will have an opportunity to get promoted to Team Leader or Closer
