Job Context:
∎ Shell Corporation Bangladesh Limited is looking to hire Telemarketing Executives.
∎ The successful candidate will have be a skillful telemarketer who has to make sales over phone calls and meet the sales target. The post also requires proficiency in communications through not only phone, but email and other verbal modes of communication also. The candidates will also have to make follow-up calls to both the B2B & B2C customers and try to make opportunities for additional sales. We are looking for upbeat, self-motivated personnel who can work under pressure and is flexible to meet all work related tasks & assigned targets.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates will have to make calls and e-mail marketing.
∎ Making calls to the customer and selling our product or services to them.
∎ Maintain necessary customer contact cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
∎ Ability to handle customers in a good manner.
∎ Data entry & reporting expert.
∎ Inform customers about products and services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Telemarketing.
∎ Be a cheerful and motivated person.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Having a strong Sales skill.
∎ Be hard working with can do attitude.
