Responsibilities & Context: Demonstrate proficiency in various technical tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Lead Generation tools, and CRM systems.
Conduct research and identify potential clients, partners, or opportunities for business growth. Assist in lead generation and outreach activities.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and files. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Handle outbound calls with confidence and professionalism, utilizing effective communication techniques to engage potential clients. Proactively identify client needs, offer solutions, and drive interest in products or services while maintaining a friendly and results-oriented approach.
Manage appointment setting with qualified prospects, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and follow-up to optimize meeting schedules and opportunities.
Handle inbound customer queries smoothly and professionally.
Handle administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
