∎ Diploma in Telecommunication in any reputed institute (pass before 2020)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge of all troubleshooting.
∎ Ability to support international Client 24/7.
∎ Ability to establish the telecom network and fault management & network survey.
∎ Developing the professional relationships with the customers and Vendors by demonstrating an understanding of their requirements and achieving goal
∎ Serve as primary responder for all technical related issues and provide the necessary support.
∎ Live monitoring of remotely installed application systems.
∎ Implementation and troubleshooting Switch/Router network.
∎ Performing as a technical analysis to resolve the Trouble Tickets (TT) within shortest possible time.
∎ Work with technical teams of third-party providers to resolve issues within specific service level agreement times.
∎ Analyze data and trends from various sources.
∎ Implement changes to the administration system following detailed data analysis.
∎ Produce, maintain and update internal reports as required.
∎ Integration, implementation, configuration and maintenance of Mobile Network Portability and Do Not Disturb databases.
∎ Test of various features on connections.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Must have own PC
∎ Must have Smart Phone
∎ Internet connection at home
∎ Good knowledge on MS Office Program
∎ Ability to work on a 24/7 shift basis in a Service Management Centre.
∎ Have a strong communications and interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and Ability to learn and adapt to change.
∎ Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
∎ Reactivity & ability to understand problems and situations and to draw out logical conclusions.
