Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience of supporting Value-Added Services platforms in an Operational environment
∎ Collaborate with local telecom operators' (GrameenPhone, Robi Axiata, Balglalink and Teletalk) IT teams on implementation and technical support activities of the existing and new projects.
∎ Being in charge of communication between the company and local MNOs.
∎ Maintaining our internal IT systems and platforms (requires understanding of Linux +voice/sms/data protocols).
∎ Database SQL scripting
∎ Support and maintain market leading Value-Added Services platforms to ensure very high levels of service delivery and availability.
∎ Integrate new products and services on this solution and ensure high quality end to end services are delivered to customers
∎ Continue to expand the capacity of the system to keep up with rapid growth
∎ Work closely with the VAS vendors to ensure fixes and releases are delivered in a low impact manner.
∎ Report regularly on system and service performance against key quality and availability targets
∎ Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Operations and Product Marketing teams to deliver change in a coordinated way, aligned with business objectives.
∎ Continue to develop technical and professional expertise through formal learning and experience on the diverse components of the overall solution.
∎ Knowledge of telecommunication protocols (SS7 stack, SMPP etc.)
∎ Awareness of how modern integration protocols work. Should know how JSON/XML, Web Services, EJB work.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Minimum of 4 years' experience in related field.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years

∎ Minimum of 4 years experience as a Software Engineer Excellent written and verbal communication skills
