Job Context:
∎ We are looking for telecaller for telemarketing purpose.
∎ Tally is used by close to 2 million businesses across the world. We have a 28000+ strong partner network and a total strength of 850+ employees. Tally is headquartered in Bangalore with 19 regional offices across India and overseas offices (In Dubai, Kenya & Bangladesh).
∎ In Bangladesh we are market leader in accounting software segment for the last three decades & have more than 10 thousands customers across the country & serving all business segments.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support sales strategy by tele calling, fixing appointments for demo, daily reporting, digital data mining etc with side by side handling reception and daily admin job of office
∎ Assist business managers and executives in fixing demo appointments, making cold calls on the data provided, create data from digital source and data mining from different activities
∎ Assist managers with daily reports by collating data from executives on daily basis, manage reception and daily office management
∎ Pre-sales activities - making telecalls to prospects, fixing appointments for demo
∎ Manage daily reporting
∎ Generate sales leads (prospects)
∎ Post-sales activities - check customer experience
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Two festival bonuses each equal to a basic salary.
∎ Alternative Saturdays & all Fridays are weeks off.
