Accounting Software, Business Communication, Sales & Marketing, Software marketing, Software Sales
Job Context:
∎ Probation period: Six months.
∎ On completion of six months probation period employment becomes permanent after review & assessment.
∎ Employment will be on third party i.e. Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd (India)`s Business Partner in Bangladesh Panache Solutions Pvt. Ltd`s payroll. Employees will be representing Tally & will report to Tally directly.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute direct sales strategy, tactics and sales plans to achieve sales targets
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and reputation of Tally products in the region
∎ Focus on market development with team members to ensure success of the region
∎ Generate sales leads
∎ Pre-Sales activities - Meet prospects, engage, give demo, and convert into Sales - as per defined target
∎ Post sales activities - Complete installation, activation, training and after-sale support
∎ Build campaigns, manage events, partnerships and utilize various lead generation techniques to open doors for communication.
∎ Execute marketing strategies planned by marketing team to generate new leads.
∎ Quickly test new ideas, combining data and insight to learn and innovate rapidly.
∎ Conduct regular events for prospects/customers and their references.
∎ Responsible for helping key customer accounts to get adequate support and ensure customer delight
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of sales experience
∎ Experience in strategic planning and execution
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to motivate teams to produce quality work. Good computer and phone skills, including Microsoft Office, internet and email required
∎ Exceptional strategic thinking skills. Passionate, driven and analytical
∎ Acute understanding of growing sales in a competitive environment
∎ Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
∎ Willingness to travel extensively as required
∎ Product Knowledge is a must
∎ Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills are vital, and should be able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to the partner
∎ Excellent communication skills (English)
∎ Good sales and negotiation skills
∎ Public speaking & customer orientation skills
∎ Good planning and prioritising skills to manage a varied and pressurised workload while focusing on the "Big Picture"
