Demonstrated proficiency in verbal communication, with the ability to engage clients and convey information clearly.
Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell banking products.
Explain product features, benefits, terms and eligibility criteria clearly and convincingly.
Meet or exceed daily/ Weekly/ monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals or inbound inquiries.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries in a confident, courteous and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines and confidentiality protocols.
Report the progress and challenges to supervisors in a timely manner.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
