∎ Capable to handle huge number of Inbound calls and messages.
∎ Collect customer feedback.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Capable to generate a good amount of order.
∎ Make Report to Manager.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Must be talkative and pro-active in work.
