• Fresher হলেও সমস্যা নেই, কাজ শিখিয়ে দেওয়া হবে

• ফোনে স্পষ্ট ও ভদ্রভাবে কথা বলতে পারা

• বাংলা ভাষায় সাবলীল (ইংরেজি জানা থাকলে বাড়তি সুবিধা)

• শেখার আগ্রহ ও দায়িত্ববোধ থাকতে হবে

• কম্পিউটার/মোবাইলের সাধারণ ব্যবহার জানা থাকলেই যথেষ্ট

• ধৈর্য ধরে কাস্টমারের সাথে কথা বলার মানসিকতা

• নিয়ম মেনে কাজ করার ইচ্ছা

অফিস টাইম:

• শুরুঃ সকাল ৯ঃ৩০ 
• শেষঃ রাত ৭ঃ৩০ 

আপনার কাজঃ

• Call Adi Shop’s existing and premium customers to build rapport and understand their needs.
• Secure repeat orders by guiding customers through suitable product options and current promotions.
• Clearly communicate product prices, offers, and new updates to keep customers informed.
• Recommend appropriate products based on customer preferences and usage requirements.
• Confirm and verify accurate order information including customer name, address, and mobile number.
• Record daily call activities and order details accurately in the designated sheet or software.
• Resolve routine customer questions and promptly escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
• Work proactively and diligently to meet assigned sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a polite, clear, and patient phone manner to ensure professional and friendly interactions.
