Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview:
We are looking to hire a confident, well-spoken Tele Sales & Client Relations Officer to manage communications with our existing and potential clients. The role is ideal for someone with a pleasant vocal presence, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing, previous, and potential clients.
Share product updates, offers, and invitations to visit our showroom or factory.
Send professional messages and follow-up communications through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Maintain regular contact with key clients and ensure relationship continuity.
Wish clients on festivals and special occasions to enhance client engagement.
Maintain a log of calls and interactions using basic record-keeping tools.
Support the marketing team with feedback and client insights.
