Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technology Sales Expert to promote and sell our security solutions and home/ office automation product and services. In this role, your duties will include familiarizing yourself with the technical specifications of our products, assessing clients` security solutions and home automation needs and demonstrating our solutions to potential clients.
∎ T R A I N I N G & D E V E L O P M E N T B O N D:
∎ Finally selected candidates must give a Training & Development Bond for serving the Ezzy Group for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of probation period. Nominated mentors will guide them, coach them and train them on the job to shape up their competence & operational expertise; knowledge and behavioral competencies to enable them take up the substantive job as the "Technology Sales Expert" within a regular pay scale on successful completion of the probation period. Have to keep the mentality for attending training & workshop at local & international organization assigned by Ezzy.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Master technical features of products and services in our portfolio.
∎ Use client relationship management software to track and analyze sales productivity.
∎ Conduct sales pitch and product demonstrations using public speaking and sales skills.
∎ Research customers' needs and resolves problems.
∎ Keeping informed on technical product specifications and functionality.
∎ Developing a sales strategy and setting sales targets.
∎ Consulting with presales team and management on product offerings.
∎ Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads.
∎ Assessing potential clients' IT needs and recommending products.
∎ Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations.
∎ Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts, as well as discounts and warranties.
∎ Initiating after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback.
∎ Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics.
∎ Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends. Meet established sales budget (revenue, port, expense) goals.
∎ Deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional manner.
∎ Create product recommendations and make requirements presentable to clients, distributors,
∎ organizations and all other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Incorporate Client activities, demands, competitive intelligence and industry information daily basis using CRM system.
∎ Follow-up timely with voicemail and email requests from management, peers and other internal and external clients.
∎ Provide feedback to internal teams as well as with sales peers regarding competition, pricing and
∎ marketing opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 years of experience in Technology Sales, sales engineer or relevant sector.
∎ A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses to establish credibility .
∎ Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
∎ Wide knowledge on sales promotion techniques
∎ Excellent organizational, research and multi-tasking abilities
∎ Strong negotiating and immediate problem solving skills
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
