Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Diploma or HSC with a Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC Technology, or a related technical field.

• At least 2 years

• Only Male

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in operating and maintaining lifts, generators, and HVAC systems in hospitals, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities.

Lift Operation and Maintenance

• Operate and monitor all hospital lifts to ensure smooth and safe movement within the facility.

• Carry out routine inspection of lift systems and report any irregularities.

• Respond to lift faults or stoppages and take immediate action to restore service.

• Ensure lift safety features and emergency systems remain functional.

• Maintain maintenance logs and coordinate with authorized service providers when major servicing is required.

Generator Operation and Maintenance

• Operate standby generators during power interruptions and scheduled testing.

• Conduct daily checks of fuel level, battery condition, lubricating oil, and cooling system.

• Monitor generator load and overall performance.

• Carry out basic servicing and report any mechanical or electrical fault to the supervisor.

• Ensure the generator remains ready for immediate operation at all times.

HVAC System Operation and Maintenance

• Monitor the performance of air-conditioning and ventilation systems across the hospital.

• Ensure temperature and ventilation levels are maintained as required for different hospital areas.

• Inspect and clean filters, air handling units, and ventilation components regularly.

• Identify system faults and perform basic repair and adjustment when required.

Preventive Maintenance

• Follow the maintenance schedule for lifts, generators, and HVAC systems.

• Record daily operational checks and maintenance activities.

• Report equipment issues promptly to the supervisor for timely action.

Safety and Compliance

• Carry out duties in accordance with hospital safety guidelines and engineering procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in plant rooms and equipment areas.

• Report any situation that may affect the safe operation of equipment or hospital services.
