Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, CS, SE
∎ Candidate from English medium backgrounds will get the highest priority.
Job Context:
∎ Technical Writer will exhibit genuine interest in solving work problems through proactively asking questions, communicating and collaborating with the software engineers and other stakeholders to understand the product features, then clearly document them.
∎ Under minimal supervision, the Technical Writer will be able to create documentation from its initial conceptual development to final production. In addition, the Technical Writer is responsible for understanding our documentation process, templates, procedures, and development tools.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ With guidance and supervision, learn the documentation process, templates, procedures, and development tools.
∎ With guidance and supervision, create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing products.
∎ Work with appropriate departments, primarily the software engineers, during the development of new products to understand how to create the required documentation.
∎ Work with documentation templates, procedures, structures, and linking between manuals and associated parameter help files.
∎ Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.
