Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the Disability interventions in the implementation areas
∎ Strengthen Disability Inclusion initiatives & Provide technical expertise and guidance to the PNS
∎ Resource mobilization & scale up the disability initiatives in partnership with other technical agencies in AP & Non PFA areas
∎ Establish network and linking with govt, FBOs and other NGOs working on Disability
∎ Position WV Bangladesh in Disability specific forums in the project intervention areas- image building
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Building successful collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
∎ 2-3 Years of experience in Development work specially knowledge and experience in Disability programme
∎ Fresh candidates with sound knowledge also encouraged
∎ Knowledge in Disability work and issue
∎ Computers, monitoring and evaluation
∎ Knowledge of transformational and sustainable development
∎ Knowledge of key WV development sectoral and cross-cutting themes
∎ Knowledge of Design Monitoring and Evaluation
∎ Research skills
∎ Strategic planning
∎ Compelling communication
∎ Analysis & Problem Solving
∎ Coaching & mentoring
∎ Networking and Public relations
