Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Support and maintain internal and external communications with project stakeholders, implementing organization, service providers and assist to execute the communications strategy, maintain project documentation and local level advocacy. The Technical Specialist-CDA will provide technical support in the project and work to promote approaches using participatory, evidence-based approaches to design communications work plan, to ensure necessary communication, documentation including video documentary and materials development for the project.
∎ She/he will provide strategic and technical leadership in order to support the achievements and delivery of project, partner, and regional and national level communications objectives by using different media. Proper documentation for influencing efforts and positive brand awareness and identify advocacy agenda from the project learning is to promote Gender Inclusive Pathways out of Poverty (GPOP) Project and World Vision communication and advocacy priorities. He/she will maintain strong relationships with social media, electric media, and print media outlets of the country media chain and decision-makers to enhance organizational visibility and maintain relationships.
∎ To implement communications, documentations and public engagement programs effectively and efficiently to improve child well-being aspirations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the guidance of the GPOP Project Manager, the Technical Specialist-CDA will lead the development and implementation of an integrated communications strategy and annual operating plan aligned to project and organizational priorities.
∎ Build and manage a high-performance communications function that is structured, focused on productive and quality work regarding communication, documentation and advocacy.
∎ Ensure communication, documentation and publications for GPOP project.
∎ Ensure the professional development of staff and CF through coaching, mentoring and sharing learning for effective communication, documentation and reporting.
∎ Develop key promotional messages in consultation with the project team
∎ Lead to developing and evaluating feasibility, efficiency and quality of SBCC materials.
∎ Assist in coordinating communication activities and events of the project and partners.
∎ Support to take preparation for donor visits for showcasing project progress and achievements
∎ Take lead in promotion and dissemination of communication materials to relevant stakeholders
∎ Ensure case studies and relevant project documents and suggest recommendations on diverse issues (as and when required)
∎ Maintain documentation management system (hard copy and on the network)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ 8-year experience in the humanitarian and development fields with at least 5 years of experience in communication, documentation and advocacy.
∎ Advance understanding of Communication and Documentation system
∎ strong government relations skills
∎ Working experience in Cox's Bazar
∎ At least 5 years of demonstrated experience working as a professional communicator including substantive work on development and humanitarian issues affecting children and families.
∎ Effective Communications skills including reporting, photography, publications, media relations
∎ Strong organizational, communicational, advocacy and documentation skills.
∎ Proven experience as a team player

Salary: Tk. 80000 - 90000 (Monthly)
