Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in DVM
∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree in Marketing from a reputed university.
∎ Master's will get priority.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Poultry Farm Management, Team Leadership, Veterinary medicine
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Client Service/ Marketing, Dealer Management, Feed Marketing, Pultry Medicine and Fish Medicine and p, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ **TSO:
∎ Assist technical service for solving the Market problems about poultry, animal, and feed products.
∎ Communicate with farmers and dealers as well as help them on behalf of the company find the cause of poultry and animal disease and solve that cause
∎ Provide technical support in response to inquiries and complaints involving animal and poultry products.
∎ Train the dealers and farmers about animal poultry raising techniques.
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction
∎ Analyze the market and survey its potentiality
∎ Select the potential dealers and open the best prospective one.
∎ Increase production efficiency and reduce any losses and accidents.
∎ As a member of the Technical service team, he must organize and present product information for veterinary practices and organizations.
∎ Ensure dealer development in different respective territories through providing information and the product Characteristics, other relevant information.
∎ **SPO:
∎ Fill up the target which will be given by the management.
∎ Report send to boss daily or monthly.
∎ Presentation making about sales report.
∎ Inform customers of current promotions and discounts.
∎ Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
∎ Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Good verbal & written skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Good Command in Computer Knowledge.
∎ Must be able to fulfill targets.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
Salary: Negotiable
