Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Fisheries.
∎ MSc in Aquaculture/Fisheries Technology/Fisheries management from any public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for promotion of the company's aqua products in the assigning areas.
∎ Able to work independently, must have the ability for frequently visit to the fish hatcheries, fish farmers and aqua customers around the country.
∎ Responsible for introducing the company's products to the fish farmers/ hatcheries, aqua dealers as well as to retailers.
∎ Regularly visit the aqua customers and establish/ maintenance good relationship with them.
∎ Arranging different Technical seminars/workshops, farmers meeting, dealer and retailer meeting in the assigning areas to promote company's sales on a regular basis.
∎ Monitoring the aqua sales and collection in the assigning areas.
∎ Establish good relation with the local leading farmers, govt. fisheries officers and aqua customers/dealers.
∎ Reporting to the management on overall market situation on a regular basis.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English.
∎ At least 1-2 years experiences in sales and marketing of Aqua products will be given preference.
∎ Familiar with the local aqua dealers and customers as well as fish farmers in personal.
∎ Strong understanding about aqua products and treatments, technical knowledge and aqua products sales experience will be given preference.
∎ With a relatively outgoing personality, quick decision making, strong expression ability with good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness.
∎ Work with diligence, passion and self-responsibility.
∎ Should be loyal to the company.
∎ Positive attitude and Awareness of time management must require.
