• Professional Training on Fabrics Quality, Production and Management

• Oversee the entire production process of knit fabric, including knitting, dyeing, finishing, and quality control.

• Ensure smooth coordination between production, R&D, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

• Develop and implement best practices for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.

• Monitor fabric specifications, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.

• Troubleshoot technical issues in production and develop corrective and preventive actions.

• Evaluate and implement new technologies and techniques to improve fabric quality and production efficiency.

• Maintain strict quality control measures and ensure adherence to customer specifications.

• Drive innovation in fabric development to meet evolving market demands and sustainability trends.

• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

• Train, mentor, and lead a team of technical professionals to enhance skill levels and performance.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
