∎ Age 35 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for construction supervision such as civil work; sanitary work, plumbing work, ceramic bricks, wall decorative tiles all floor & wall tiles, marble & granite work, wood works, paint work.
∎ Acting as the one of the main technical advisor on a construction site for contractor, crafts man and other concern people on behalf of SKCL.
∎ Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plants and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
∎ Manage construction site and timely execution of project.
∎ Supervise and ensure construction site safety and quality.
∎ Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specification of the design
∎ Preparing BOQ for any new civil construction and related projects.
∎ Making liaison with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners and the general workforce involved in the project to be completed as per approved design and ensuring quality
∎ Responsible for quality control and health and safety matters on site
∎ Ensure all design drawing to meet with BNBC- 2020 and local authority and RSC /ACCORD.
∎ Responsible for local authority and RSC/ACCORD approval related Architectural and structural work
∎ Responsible for checking the contractor’s bill as per site condition
∎ Responsible all construction related documents and keep record all the documents as per site requirement
∎ To prepare ongoing project work status report and submit to Honorable MD
∎ To prepare ongoing work progress report and send to top management with contractor
