Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standard in the entire group.
∎ Conducting technical audit for approved to subcontract plant
∎ Ensuring the entire group quality and technical process implement, overlooking and monitoring
∎ Coordinating the buyer complaints and implement new requirements
∎ Giving advice to QA team to help them makes accurate decision in progress
∎ Build a highly effective team and manage resource of Pattern, CMD, CTG, Sewing, Finishing, Q.A. Sample room and production in an efficient way.
∎ Set up KPI for personal appraisals and evaluate progress for second level base on company strategy, and responsible to the all Dept, performance.
∎ Innovate, update and implement procedures for all Dept.
∎ Assess material consumption for mass production and control the actual fabric consumption.
∎ Ensure sample cost, marker cost. YY consumption and cutting, Sew, Sam saving.
∎ Produce the best quality product at most competitive price and Sam Saving.
∎ Be in a team of energetic, self confidence and high spirit of team work.
∎ Meet bottom-line result.
