Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Bachelors Degree in Electrical Electronics Computer Science and Engineering IT or equivalent. Diploma engineers with significant industry experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Strong understanding of product design concepts and processes
∎ Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proven record of direct client engagement for product delivery
∎ General knowledge of mechatronic subsystems, including mechanical, electronics,
∎ Self-motivated and work well in difficult situations and with all levels of management and engineering.
∎ Strong Problem Solving skills
∎ Ability to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead all the engineering side of IoT product development including embedded electronics, wireless data communication, cloud/ server configuration, data analysis and business optimization.
∎ Responsible for all aspects of project development and implementation from original inception to final completion.
∎ Functions as primary liaison between customer and all company technical activities.
∎ Convert customer requirements documents into actionable tasks that prove conformance
∎ Coordinate, track and execute validation and testing with global team to ensure product conforms to customer specifications
∎ Coordinate technical reviews and submission of deliverables in line with key program dates
∎ Responsible for coordination of activities related to development and delivery of prototype products
∎ You will work according ASPICE compliant processes and take care of change management, configuration management as well as quality.
∎ Act as lead for technical project management to ensure programs are flawlessly launched while maintaining customer action lists and ensuring customer needs are met
∎ Travel Required: 10-25%

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in full length product development, prototyping to mass production, managing a team of engineers and field technicians.
∎ Knowledge and hands on experience of embedded electronics, IoT architecture, product development, cloud configuration and M2M communication network (2G/ WiFi/ LORA).
∎ Experience in product delivery to customers site and oversee site installation, clear communication with customer and sales team to ensure full product delivery.
