Job Title: Technical Officer- Skills & Opportunities for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship -SOYEE.
Report to: Project Coordinator, Barguna.
South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Technical Officer- Skills & Opportunities for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship-SOYEE from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing “Sponsorship Program” in Barguna Upazila for 12 months with a possibility of further extension.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to the Field Facilitators for the implementation of field-level interventions.
Ensure quality of interventions through regular field visits towards the improvement of the socio-economic circumstances of target beneficiaries with a particular focus on skills development, and self/wage employment in decent jobs.
Monitor and ensure appropriate utilization of budget under the YEE component of the project.
Prepare and timely submission of reports and necessary documentation on the implementation of YEE activities.
Build capacity of Field Facilitators on technical aspects of YEE as well as community mobilization.
Organize and facilitate orientation, training, and workshop for the project.
Ensure risk assessment and management plan for safeguarding children and young people and its application in all activities under the YEE component.
Establish and maintain functional and effective linkage with related GOs, NGOs, TVET institutes, MFIs, and other stakeholders.
Able to device base data collection & reporting.
Able to use computer as MS Office.
Any other task will be accomplished assigned by the management.
Job Other Benifits:
Gross Taka 30,401 per month (and yearly salary increment, two festival bonus per year etc. as per policy of the organization).
