Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master Degree, preferably in Statistics/Social Science or other relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the project log frame with MEAL plan
∎ Assist to develop indicator tracking system of this project
∎ Assist to develop M&E tools of this project
∎ Day to day data collection, data analysis and monitoring reporting covering both quantitative and qualitative aspect.
∎ Assist to ensure quality of data for EGE project that will contribute to quality report preparation
∎ Provide necessary support during the monitoring process of quality benchmark
∎ Tracking the DIP
∎ Assist to data collection of baseline, Endline evaluation and any need based research/study.
∎ Provide regular support to project team in the areas of information sharing and feedback/ complaint mechanism element of accountability
∎ Prepare monthly (MIS), quarterly and annual MEAL report for the project and share them with project team for decision making

Additional Requirements:
∎ Willing to work in remote areas, Proactive, organized, quick learner, have good communication and interpersonal skills.
