Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check the solar system of water network and other wash facilities
∎ Design solar system for water network and other WASH facilities
∎ Prepare BoQ of solar system installation, generator, submersible pump, inverter and others electric items
∎ Check the status of the facilities on a daily basis and make a detailed fixing plan
∎ Check the electrical and mechanical materials quality and communicate with supervisor for any irrelevant issues
∎ Initiate the PRs for any work and ensure the price is relevant to the market
∎ Check the work done by the contractors and recommend any modifications
∎ Prepare the daily report and communicate with supervisor and ensure the information is reached to Cox’s Bazar team
∎ Communicate to the camp focal for any work need to be communicated to CiC or sector partners
∎ Keep the record of the project document and any other related documents and ensure reached
∎ Involved in site selection for facilities construction
∎ Keep information flow smooth through involving the proper communication channel
∎ Communicate the branch level support staff and ensure smooth communication for any related issue
∎ Work with other partners staff for the coordination maters
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This Position will be responsible for direct implementation, supervision, monitoring and quality ensuring of materials and construction and any other task assigned by supervisor.
