∎ Technical Officer - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Or BSC In Fisheries
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have basic knowledge about poultry and dairy market and connection with potential prescribers and users of the concern area.
∎ Achieve sales target through promoting products to the veterinary and Fisheries professionals and firms and maintain connection with the potential practitioners of the concerned area.
∎ Guide & monitor sales team to achieve sales targets besides Planning and Execution of sales target for all products of the Company.
∎ Follow up daily sales and report the situation to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
∎ Market survey and reporting to the Management.
∎ To visit doctor/consultants on regular basis for generating prescriptions
∎ Credit Control & Monitoring.
∎ Technical Support to the customers as well as sales forces.
∎ Organize the Doctors Group Meeting (DGM) and Farmer's Group Meeting (FGM) in assigned area.
∎ High level of initiative and proactive attitude to work in a team environment.
∎ Work with confident and motivation to achieve monthly and annual target with commitment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Controlling, Guiding field staff in achieving their sales and collection target
∎ Must be experienced in Veterinary and Fisheries Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ Willing to work anytime and anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Smart, confident and excellent communication skills.
∎ Must be experienced in Veterinary and Fisheries Pharmaceutical Company.
Salary: Negotiable
