Educational Requirements:
∎ Mastersin Social Science, Development Studies or any other relevant discipline from Public/National university.
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Technical Officer Education will be responsible for implementing project interventions at the school and union levels. S/he is responsible for ensure program quality and documentation for the TaltoliUpazila (Sub-district). S/he will advocate for strengthening the school based child protection through networking and collaboration with relevant civil society organizations, school management committee, school authority, duty bearers and other institutions at the Upazila levels.
∎ Major Deliverables:
∎ Providing support for achieving annual objectives and targets for the TaltoliUpazila.
∎ Monitors program implementation in school for achieving results.
∎ Supervises and provides supports to the Field Facilitator-Education of the TaltoliUpazila for developing their plans and rolling them out.
∎ Ensures compliance with the Gender and Safeguarding policies in implementing the project; works as the Child Protection Focal point for keeping children safe during project implementation.
∎ Providing support to all team members and develops their capacity.
∎ Reports to the Upazila Coordinator.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 3 years In the similar discipline
∎ Willing to drive motor cycle with valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 29538 (Monthly)
