Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate project activity at Upazila level
∎ Facilitate community mobilization activities including activation and functioning of FWC Mgt. Committee and UP EHFP Standing Committee.
∎ Arrange, plan and ensure joint field visit by GoB health service promoters.
∎ Assist to organize exchange sessions/visits with other community groups/community support groups.
∎ Provide technical support to service providers
∎ Manage all programmatic monthly/ quarterly/ semi-annual/ yearly reporting.
∎ Organize, Analyze, Feedback & Coordinate the Programmatic Reporting.
∎ Conduct analysis and prepare project progress reports as per program demands.
∎ Introduce MIS at all service delivery points and ensure quality of data.
∎ Provide assistance to build Computer based Programmatic Format.
∎ Organize training/ orientation for the NGO staff on MIS & Mamota database
∎ Produce monthly/ quarterly/ semi-annual/ yearly programmatic reports & logistics for submission to Save the Children, Government Organization as per requirements.
∎ Make periodic filed visit and assist filed level staff to implement MIS perfectly.
∎ Help the Field Level Staff to understand the Computer based Programmatic Format & other Computer Based function.
∎ Printing MIS forms and formats and distribute at the Upazila offices as needed.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to Work in a team environment .
∎ Problem solving ability in technical aspects
∎ Good command in MS Word & Excel;
Salary: Tk. 29000 - 33000 (Monthly)
