Job Purpose
You will be responsible to manage effective referral services for returnee migrants through coordination with service providers and stakeholders. Strengthen service delivery and inter-agency collaboration. Lead staff capacity building on referral mechanisms and oversee quality training programs in Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, and Market-Oriented Skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and design referral services for returnee migrants through MRSCs, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness in addressing reintegration needs.
Coordinate the preparation of a referral directory and strengthen referral mechanisms under the reintegration component by mobilizing community-based forums to promote safe migration and reintegration.
Facilitate the capacity development of project staff on social reintegration issues through training, guidance, and ongoing support.
Contribute to the development of awareness-raising activities, interventions, guidelines, and IEC/BCC materials aligned with project objectives.
Maintain effective liaison with ministries, BMET, DEMO, Probashi Kallyan Bank, WEWB, journalists, networks, CSOs, and NGOs, and support the organization of issue-based events at national and field levels.
Coordinate the MoU signing process with relevant stakeholders and engage with local, national, regional, and international migration-focused networks and alliances for successful project implementation.
Conduct and facilitate ToTs and field-level trainings/orientations, and lead the design and implementation of capacity-building initiatives such as Entrepreneurship Development, Financial Literacy, and Market-Oriented Skills Training.
Lead the development and review of gender-sensitive training materials, conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNAs), monitor TSPs’ performance, develop monitoring mechanisms, and organize staff orientations and reporting processes, including field visits.
Safeguarding Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA).Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
